Telephones and Phone Booths

By Patricia Blackstock

With the advent of flip phones, followed soon by smart phones, it's surprising to still find the occasional telephone booth or public phone. But they are not obsolete yet!

I love my iPhone, and I can't imagine life without Siri. But there's always a bit of nostalgia and wistfulness when I see an old telephone booth or public telephone. And I just can't resist taking a picture!

I figure there must be others viewing this page who feel the same way. I'll be adding more as I find them. Thanks for looking, and if you happen to spot and of these old jewels on your travels, take a picture! Tell me where it is.  I will add it here and give you credit. Feel free to contact me anytime.
