Nearly 2,000 needy people enjoyed Christmas meals sponsored by the Red Cross at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church.

Additionally, the Red Cross also sponsored Christmas day dinners at Belin United Methodist in Murrells Inlet, Risen Christ Lutheran in North Myrtle Beach and Trinity United Methodist Church in Andrews.
