We had dinner tonight at the south end Bonefish Grill which is located near Wicked Stick Golf Course in Surfside Beach. This is our third visit to this restaurant. There are two other locations; one at 74th Ave. N in Myrtle Beach and the other on Hwy. 17 S. in North Myrtle Beach.

I can't say enough good things about our experiences at Bonefish. Not only is the food delicious and the service exemplary, they pay attention to details. For instance, when we were seated for dinner tonight, the hostess gave Wally and Mike silverware wrapped in a white linen napkin. Iris and I received our silverware wrapped in a black linen napkin. The reason? Mike and Wally were wearing Khaki pants. Iris and I were wearing black. The napkins would not leave the wrong color lint on our clothes.

The wait people are familiar with their menu and specials. They encourage questions and are happy to answer anything you ask.

Appetizer prices range from 5.00 to 11.00. Grilled fish are priced from 14.00 to 26.00. Specials are 13.00 to 22.00, and the Saute dinners are priced from 13.00 to 20.00.

Entrees, except the Pasta dishes, are served with a fresh seasonal vegetable, plus a choice of Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Potatoes Au Gratin, Angel Hair with Marinara, Island Rice or Steamed Vegetable Medley.

Desserts (we never have room) are about 5.00 each. Martinis and Cocktails are an average of 7.00 and wines are priced by the glass or by the bottle.

For anyone who does not want seafood, they also offer chicken, pork chops. pasta dishes, salads, filet mignon and sirloin steak.

This restaurant is worthy of many return trips.

Last night we went to the one in North Myrtle. Very good! We didn't get the different napkin thing.........wouldn't have mattered, we both had on jeans. (I didn't realize it was as nice as it was inside or I would have changed after our travel all day to get here.) Our meal was awesome. First time we had ever had Grouper and I was impressed. Service was awesome as well. Very nice atmosphere and even though it's a little expensive for every night, it was well worth the 50 something we paid. That was even with one drink each. I definately agree with Patrish.

Funny that you mention Bonefish Grill today

My husband and I visited the one near where we live, corner of 74th and Business 17 for the first time on my birthday in July, and we enjoyed every bite and every minute of it.
Everything was great, and I totally fell in love with the Bang Bang Shrimp.
Since we did not have room for desert, and we had told the waiter that we were celebrating my birthday, he brought me a nice box of chocolates made especially for Bonefish Grill's clients.
What a beautiful gesture!

Yesterday, I told my husband that I wanted a taste of the Bang Bang Shrimp, but we did not feel we had anough appetite for a full course meal. So we just ordered the shrimp and another appetizer, the crab meat. Even though we were not there for a full meal, the waiter took great care of us and made sure we had fast and pleasant service.

We absolutely enjoy this place!
