This Happy Hour was our favorite! Liberty had a large selection of 1/2 price appetizers. We ordered Chicken Strips and Texas Cheese Fries. The fries came on a huge platter, and they were not steak fries! They were huge chunks of baked potato, loaded with cheese, bacon and green onions. There were 6 nice sized chicken strips on the order. Total bill was $11.18 plus tip.

We were really hungry when we got there and had a tough time deciding on appetizers or dinner. This was plenty for the two of us and we even left some of the fries behind.

We love the cheese fries too!!! More like cheese wedges than fries.

While waiting for IMAX to begin, we decided to get a bite. We enjoyed our meal here years ago and decided to try it again. Kevin and I tried their brewery sampler. 4 little glasses (about 4oz) of your choice of their brews. We shared them and had the Oktoberfest, White Ale, Pale Ale and Liberty lager. I liked the White Ale -- citrus tones, crisp. We all had burgers, even the wee tot. I had the peppercorn burger (w/mustard cream sauce and mushrooms) Kevin had the Beach burger (w/crab and bernaise) and Georgia had a plain old burger, no bun with Heinz! We all liked them immensely. Nice to sit and watch the water taxi. I think we spent about $26.00 plus tip.

Anyone know if Liberty still has 1/2 price appetizers from 4-7? Is this bar only? I can't remember if they have a separate bar area or not. I love this place and we like their cheese fries and hot pretzels. 1/2 price would be great!!!

This is a great spot for Happy Hour. Outside in the "beer garden" covered tables in case of rain (both times I have been) and fun people watching. Not a bad idea to walk it off on a round trip of Broadway afterward.
There are some nice beer choices, obviously, but also margaritas and some other options.
The 4.00 pretzels are HUGE, the wings are good, the boiled shrimp are DELICIOUS and my kids really like the buffalo shrimp and the southern fried chicken fingers. Cheese fries looked good too-
I dont think you can go wrong here and happy hour prices are good even on the weekends.
You will be FULL so dont order too much!
