I'm making this a sticky for our area coupons and timeshare offers. Due to some additions, deletions and changed URLs, this post will update last year's list. If you find any coupon books or special savings that are not mentioned here, please feel free to add them!

Free coupon books can be found at any Official Chamber of Commerce location, restaurants, hotels, motels, restaurants, all area malls, all Wal-Marts, grocery stores and at many local attractions.

I received an e-mail last year asking if it is worth $5. to have a Monster Coupon Book delivered to her home:

My answer was that unless she wanted to have plenty of time to page through it and plan the family activities, she could pick one up free once she arrives in Myrtle Beach, then apply that $5. to food or entertainment.

There are coupons readily available online at no cost to you. Too bad Monster is not one of them. Sunny Day Coupons are free to download, and you will also find a proliferation of Sunny Day magazines once you get here. The coupons are arranged neatly into different categories: Restaurants, Attractions, etc.

You can download the entire Strand Magazine eBook in PDF format. It's free and it contains all the coupons as well as a mighty good map of the Grand Strand. (The magazine is also readily available in Myrtle Beach.)

You can get the $5 Tanger outlet coupon book for free w/ a AAA card. Available at the customer service center at either mall. Coupons good at both malls. Besides the store coupons, there's also some golf and entertainment coupons in the book.

All of the Food Lion stores in MB we've gone to have a full rack of coupon books. Since that's usually our first stop after we unload the van, it works out great!
