Last year I went to the St Patricks Day festival in downtown Myrtle Beach and had a blast. I want to go back this year but can't find anything about a festival this year. Are they having one this year???

North Myrtle Beach - St. Patrick's Day Parade 2012:
St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival North Myrtle Beach: The 24th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade will begin at 9 a.m. March 17, 2012. The parade is touted as the largest on the Grand Strand with more than 100 entries. After the parade, Main Street in North Myrtle Beach comes to life with this annual festival. The coldest Irish brews and famous Irish food will be served up all day long. Bag pipers, Irish folk songs and dance teams perform their numbers on stage on the street.

I can't find any information about Myrtle Beach except for this. (Valor Park is located in The Market Common.)

I took photos of both the downtown and Market Common events. The weather was so warm there was an excellent turnout. There was also a big celebration in North Myrtle Beach.
