I've seen the millions of golf courses in central and North Myrtle Beach but where is a good place to play in Myrtle Beach... or we are going to
do the Garden City pier one night so we could play in that area.

Tupelo Bay in Garden City has a 9-hole, par 3, and also a 36 hole Mini Golf. I have not played mini-golf there, but I've heard good things about it from neighbors. If you go, please let know what you think!

I think Tupelo Bay is where the mini golf is called Runaway Bay. If so, it's a great course. There are coupons in the coupon books. We played both courses a couple summers ago and had a great time. The PA system plays reggae music, which is lots of fun.

There's also Gilligan's Island miniature golf near the Kroger in Garden City and down near the Inlet Square Mall there's a mini golf course that I can't remember the name of.

There aren't so many places to choose from on the southern end. I'm not even sure if Pawley's Island itself (and the mainland area) have mini golf at all.

In the entrances to grocery stores, Wal-Mart, etc. There's the Monster coupon book and the Sunny Day guide (looks like a small magazine). I think there may be another one but I can't remember a name. These are invaluable when at the beach.

You can also get them online:

You can print out the coupons online, but if you have the time, picking up the coupon books (they're free) and going through them at the start of your vacation can become a fun tradition!

From what I understand, there aren't a lot of mini-golf courses near Pawley's Island. You'll have to go to Murrell's Inlet:

Wild Water Mini Golf 910 Highway 17 South Surfside Beach

Runaway Bay 1800 Highway 17 Garden City

Gilligan's Island Funland 3009 Highway 17 Murrells Inlet

Jungle Lake Golf 3042 Highway 17 Murrells Inlet

Inlet Adventure Miniature Golf 3215 Highway 17 Murrells Inlet

Inlet Adventure is the very last miniature golf course on the entire strand. You won't find any below Murrells Inlet, because the next county down has laws against them, in addition to other amusements and motels.
