Hi. New here just registered. I too just purchased and closed on a condo in NMB. So excited. I also just purchased a golf cart from Grahams (wonderful service) and have to wait a few weeks for it to come in, but I have to wait a few weeks for my condo to be available as well, because of previous tenant having a notice, which is fine. Looking forward to chatting with you all.
