We have rented several times with family. It has always went well. We all just do the things we want...only a few group outings!

How many people total will that be? I'm sure you will have a great vacation!

We had a family reunion here in 2000 or 2002 which turned out to be a lot of fun. 12 - 14 people. We owned a bigger house then, so some filled our extra bedrooms but most stayed in a beach rental we found through Dunes Realty in Surfside. We cooked out one night but ate out the rest. Not always the same group together, but it worked out fine.

I love the vacations with the big groups. It does make eating out a little challenging, but the trips usually turn out to be more fun. We used to caravan down with four vehicles full and drive all night. Was some of the best road trips that I can remember. Sixteen of us will make the trip down this year. Enjoy the time together.

10 of us went on a family cruise a couple of years ago. Good memories. We have been down here in smaller groups but a gang would be fun!

Good Luck Mr Greene. I think it would be fun if these are people you dont get to see very much. My relatives all live close , so we see them frequently, therefore never had to go with a big group.
