The Waccamaw River is supposed to crest at 16ft due to flooding ?!? The worst may not be over yet..... big prayers coming to all !

I can't believe how calm it looks Sunday morning. Barely any waves are cresting. The beaches on the cameras that are working look a mess.

For sure, Doubletree (formerly Springmail) will be rebuilding. I also heard a rumor that it will be the cement.

Surfside is always on budget. (That's why you see parking meters in what appears to be front yards.) They say they would like to rebuild but they don't want to pay for it.
