Myrtle Beach Message Board

Hi , we are coming to stay at Dunes Village from March 17-21 ( a monday -friday) and I decided to add on an extra day so we can get down at a more relaxed pace .We only need something for the sunday night before so I was looking into just a cheap motel and see there are several( would like to keep it under $60 for the night). We're not real picky but I really don't want to room to reak of cigarette smoke or have loud partying. I've looked at the Viking, Ocean Plaza , Polynesian, Bayview on boardwalk , Sandcastle oceanfront and Seamist to name some. Can anyone give me any opinions of these or others. Maybe something near the boardwalk then we could walk around there the next day and see some sights until we could get into the Dunes Village. Thanks
