Well, I was able to come down for the first week of April and get the house ready to move into, found health care help for my father and a doctor, and am ready to move down in another 10 days. I hired a POD type company to pack my things into, which is no problem up here as I have lots of help.
I remember on this board that many people recommended "Two Clean Cut Young Guys" to hire to help unpack. I've been trying to contact them the past few days....filled out the request for quote and called and left messages, but their voice mail says they are somewhat overwhelmed right now with moves. So I am getting a little nervous.

Does anyone have any other recommendations of people that would unload a POD?

Thanks in advance. I always get the best advice here.

"Two Men and a Truck" helped us move 5 miles from our home for 10 years to our new home in 2009. You might give them a call!

Thank you Patrish,
As always, you came through for me. I called and have a reservation. I had heard great things about 2 clean cut guys, but I've sent them 3 email requests for quotes and left a voice mail and its been well over a week and still have not heard from them, and I am the type that gets nervous if everything is not lined up and read.

I am definitely planning on taking you up on your offer from my previous post to call when I get down and hopefully meet. I would have liked to do so when I was down working on the house the first week of April, but I spent from 8am to 11pm every day there painting and fixing things up. I tend to underestimate how long things take to get done.

Looking forward to meeting you and moving to MB.
