Hi All

Thinking of renting long term in the next year or so and prefer to be in Surfside or Garden City
Can anyone give me some names of condo building or communities where you can rent and have access to an indoor pool
(and maybe some activities) In searching the internet I found Oceanside Village as well as Oceanside Oasis as possibilities.
Anyone aware of others

I have dealt with two realty companies in that area, and have not heard any complains about either one.

You should also check with VRBO (Vacation Rentals by Owners) because you may be able to negotiate a lower rate if you talk directly with the owners.

I have heard of people asking about an indoor pool, and being assured that there was one. But when they arrived, they discovered that the indoor pool would not be open during the time they were there. So be sure to ask about this if you are told there's a indoor pool.

We've rented from Dunes the last 5 years and find them very good!
