 Post subject: Meetup at the Boardwalk Groundbreaking Sept 26; 5-6 PM

I will be getting in on Saturday Sept 26 and my family plans to attend the Groundbreaking party that evening. Love to see any locals or visitors like us there. Maybe around 5 or 6pm

A Meet-Up at the new Boardwalk ground-breaking is a great idea ! I may be having a senior-moment, but didn't the ground-breaking already occur ?

Well as much as I can figure out the groundbreaking did start but this is the official kickoff to the ground breaking and to have actual residents and visitors there and to have a party.

Sorry didn't make the meetup.We got in about 5:30 and my brother and niece came over. It was rainy any way. Maybe we can meetup another day.

Lauren, we just got home. I was going to tell you I'm sorry we missed you, but I see you didn't make it!

We got there around 5:00, and finally got something to eat at Peaches Corner. The Drifters and Stylistics were fantastic. We had been there Friday night and enjoyed the Shakers...but got rained out, so I don't know if the Temptations showed up or not. At least the rain held off tonight.

I'll post some pictures soon.
