Never been to Bovine's but their steak and potato pizza sounds good. Has anyone tried it?? Can you describe it?? How was it prepared?? is it worth the trip to go there and order it???

Here's my review from last year. It's expensive, but you know that going in. We don't go there unless we have a coupon which is about once a year! I really like their salad bar, and the food has always been good. Both Bovine and Wahoo's have an excellent view of the Marshwalk, so that is factored into the price. I have not read any reviews of how they're doing under the new ownership.

Here's a more recent review (3 months ago ) on Wahoo's (formerly Divine's) next door to Bovines. They don't have a salad bar, but the menu selection is good, and the entrees are excellent with beautiful presentations as you can see in the photos.

You'll love this. I was looking at their menu and saw the steak potato pizza. If I had a better description of it, I could make it.

We ate at Bovines a few years back (before ownership change). Had a night out without kids, so we decided to try a place we normally couldn't afford to take everyone. View is excellent. Used to be buy one get one half off coupons in the enjoy the city coupon books, but if I'm not mistaken they are no longer in there. Food was excellent, but like Patrish noted it is not cheap. Didn't try the pizzas but the did look like they would be good.

We found the food at Bovines every bit as good as Divines but priced better!

I'm from Jersey and believe that NJ and NY have the best pizza in the world!

But..... The wood fired pizza at Bovines is awesome! And there are combinations that you'd never ever think of yourself!

Thanks for the reminder about the pizzas. Bovine's has a big wood oven (you can see it when you enter the restaurant) and they serve dinner-plate -size pizzas for around $9.plus or minus a dollar depending on your choice.
