a plain steak and cheese quesadilla? I finally have been able to get my wife to eat Mexican food, but that is all she will eat. Myself on the other hand, enjoys all types of Mexican dishes. I figured if someone knew of a place that had great quesadillas, then I certainly would find something that I would enjoy. Any help would be appreciated.

Abuelos has a good ribeye steak and enchiladas:

Wally always says he doesn't like Mexican food in general, but he willingly goes here and always enjoys whatever he orders.
