Packing is half the fun! Well, maybe not, but it sure does put you in a vacation mode! :nanner:

Just a few days away. I love that timeframe before the trip. MB mode the whole week.

I'm actually writing down all the great places mentioned on this board..favorite restaurant/entertainment/etc.
Just need to clean the house/laundry..oh the list is a mile long. But so worth it, especially when we first get there and take that first walk on the beach..it just never gets old.

I've been going to MB for 40+ years and I'm still like a kid when trying to see the ocean as we head down toward Ocean Blvd. That first peak at the water never gets old.

It's looking like Hurricane Irma could hit the Carolina coast. I hope it stays out at sea. If this hits Myrtle beach it looks like we will end up with a very short vacation..again. We've been through 4 of them in the past. All of those were in the month of August. Hopefully we'll have a little sunshine.

We've been watching all the aftermath in Texas, my heart goes out to all the families that were affected by that storm.
