It's official now. We will be down June 24 - July 1. Departure time should be around 3:30 a.m and hopefully enjoying a cold beverage at Surfside River City by noon. Staying at Plantation Resorts in the presidential villas. The countdown begin. 144 days until we pull out.

I always love it when we are booked. It makes it all seem real. Let the dreaming begin.

Once it hits February and we get a few nice days scattered in, it really gets me thinking about vacation. Days are starting to get longer and it won't be long before everything starts turning green again. Can't wait until summer.

Down to 46 days until departure now. I started the thread almost 100 days ago and its hard to believe that the trip is now only 1.5 months away. The fun really begins about two weeks before. Can't wait.

Inside that magical 30 days number now. Less than a month sounds a whole lot better than the 144 days to go when I started this thread. Might even be adding a couple of days to the end of the trip if we can find a place to stay.

The little one has started a days to vacation countdown on a piece of notebook paper. She asks every morning how many more days to vacation. Looks like we might have another MB fan in the house. :nanner:

Just a little over three weeks until we pull out. I went ahead and bought new wipers and a few cleaning supplies for the car cleanup. This thing is about to get real. Can't wait.

Two weeks from right now the car will be packed and ready to go for an early morning exit to the beach. I can't believe that we are this close to vacation. Let the fun begin.

As many on here know, I enjoy the build up to the trip about as much as the actual vacation. Oil change for the car coming this week and next week is when the fun really begins.

One week from today is one of my favorite days of the year. It will be time to clean the vehicle, load the cargo Carrier, and prepare everything for a 4 am departure to the beach. Can't believe that it's almost here. :sunny:
