Since we stay here often I received this link today in my email to get 40% off
for the next 5 days at Sandcastle South. The info said there was no blackout days but it was subject to availability. I went ahead and priced out an oceanfront efficiency for 1 week starting 6/1 and it came to $704 including all taxes so this seems like a pretty good deal.
We have stayed here multiple times over the last several years and each time the place has been clean and well maintained. I also like that they have their parking garage attached to the back of the hotel so you don't have to cross the road every time you need your car.
