Hi. I hope someone has an answer for me. I have tried without any luck to get info about the water taxi in Willmington. We wish to go up to the Battleship and take a water taxi across to the Willmington waterfront for the day. We will be in North Myrtle Beach for the month of March 2010. I am wondering will the taxi be in service in March? I have even emailed the Chamber of Commerce in Willmington twice and have not received a reply to either inquiry. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Christine.

If memory serves me right, the water taxi only runs during peak summer months. We were there in April and it was not running, I think the schedule was posted to begin in May. The good thing is that from the battleship over to Wilmington is only a 10 minute drive.

Thanks for the help. We have driven over to Willmington from the Battleship and it thankfully is a short trip but I thought that the water taxi would be fun. If it wasn't running in April it won't likely be running in March. I appreciate your help it saves me the time I would spend looking. Christine.
