Thanks Patrish. You made my day by posting this. Sometimes in this crazy world we live in we forget the important things such as kindness and compassion. Today I was silently telling myself if one more customer asked me mulitple questions I was going to scream. Realize after seeing this that good customer service is what pays my bills.
