Yeah. We are at the beach and had a great first day. Sunny and high 60's this afternoon. Rough ride in bad weather coming down from Maryland. Long nap after lunch at Sticky Fingers. Hanging out on the balcony and enjoying the sunshine. After dinner we went to see the great light show at the Pelicans stadium. Perfect first day.

Welcome to Winter at the Beach! We were at Carolina Opry last night, and surprised at how warm it was. Only a light jacket needed! It won't be nearly as warm today, but the sun will be shining. Wishing you a happy vacation and lovely walks on our uncrowded beaches.

Thanks you guys. We went down to our "never miss" restaurant tonight, Drunken Jacks. As always, the food was amazing and the service was great. Cannot beat the view there either. Which of the Christmas Shows is the best this year?

I always wonder why more people don't stay at Regency Towers. Maybe we just don't hear about it on the message board. We have some friends from Roanoke who would not stay anywhere else. Do you own a condo there or did you just book it as a vacation rental?

We should own a condo by now! We have been renting there for over 25 years. Many years we come twice a year. My Dad almost bought one when they first opened. They cost like 27000 back then. I've paid way more than that renting them over all these years. I have never seen any condo I like better at the beach.

My family has stayed at the Regency for 20 years. We love the place, feels like home.

I was thinking the same thing this weekend since we were staying next to it. You never hear anyone mention it. It looks very well keep up from the outside.
