Well, its been awhile, and as many of you know,I have been dealing with a family illness,so sadly, this wont be a normal trip report from me.Honestly,I forgot most of what happened lol.

Participants-Patti,son Jordan-16,nephew Josh-18 who's never been to Myrtle Beach or seen the ocean live, and myself.

Left at 3am and as usual hit THIIIICK fog in Southern NY and Northern Pennsylvania.Pretty smooth trip with no delays.Took about 14hrs.

Pulled up to the hotel and Jordan and Josh jumped out to see the ocean.Josh was amazed at the size.He said he felt humbled.
Unpacked and hung out at the resort for a bit.Went to El Carro Grande for dinner.Awesome as always.Back to the hotel to play on the beach and get to bed somewhat early.

2nd day was beach and the a Pelicans game,a first full day tradition.Met Hacksaw Jim Duggan there, who oddly I would be wrestling on a show with him within a couple weeks.Nice guy.I'll actually be on a show next week with him as well.Great time as always.
I'm sorry, from this point on what happened when is a blurr,so I'll just list things.

Restaurants visited...
Ellas in Callabash-Jordan and the waitress flirted with each other.
Giant Crab-Josh was amazed again.
Dead Dod Saloon.Nice, but miss the old atmosphere
Hooters-to watch football
Murpheys Law-my night out as they went to China Buffet in Surfside
Margaritaville-fun as always
cant remember where else lol

Mt Atlantiicus
the pyramid one thats half indoor and half outdoor.
all indoor one in North Myrtle
boys went parasailing, where a Spinner Shark jumped out of the water beneath them
Callahans in Calabash
nephew and I got tattoos. He got a Batman symbol with his brothers initials and I got the South Carolina logo in a cool blue.
Ripleys Believe it or not.
Broadway at the Beach
Barefoot Landing
shop, shops, and more shops along 17 and ocean blvd
hung out with jessie at the cabana
lots of Big Buck in the game room
football at night on the beach
worked out in the gym
hung out on the pier and talked to the fisherman.

Drive back was fairly uneventful.Got home to nice weather.

It was different having Josh with us this year.It was nice but not as fun being I saw Jordan less.I guess that comes with him getting older.

I'm sorry this want my normal lengthy report, but I promise one on our next trip.

Take care...Ron

I did notice a little less football on the beach than you usually write about. You know they are growing up when they start flirting with the waitresses. Lol Thanks for posting.
