question about prossers?? We have been trying to find a county like buffet but aren't sure of where. We went to country like buffet around Garden City (I think) may have been surfside... but as you are driving toward GC from Myrtle its on the left.. and we were not impressed with it at all. We were wondering what Prossers was like?? and is it buffet?

Prosser's is open Wed-Sat (maybe Sunday, but not sure) at night. It is a buffet and they have a small seafood selection of fried scallops, fried shrimp, fried fish, fried oysters, and maybe a few other items. Country selection is fried chicken, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, chicken rice, homemade mac and cheese, barbecue pork, corn, assorted beans, etc.... I left out many items, but you get the idea. Most of the food is pretty good and the price is $12.95 which includes a sweet tea. Other drink choices cost extra. It is located on the right not far from where you turn into Murrel's Inlet heading toward all of the restaurants.

We enjoyed The Bar-b-cue House. It's getting harder to find reasonable priced food in MB unless you just hit a fast food chain. It's nice to be able to find an option that's not going to cost over $50 to feed the family.

Thanks for the info. We use to "LOVE" years ago Po Folks!!! and we just happened to come upon Ghost Ship a few years ago and really like it and now its a biker bar. We were told GS had moved to Murrell's Inlet but can't find it. So we are trying to find country like buffets at reasonable prices!! We go to a seafood (one of the calabash) can't remember the name but know where it is. Its one of our favorites. Our daughter is wanting to go to Joe's Crab Shack.. we haven't been there before.
