First attempt at a live trip report since being a member of this board. Please remember it becomes 5 oclock somewhere at noon everday for me as my wife doesn't drink and the only time i drive is the trip down and home so don't take off for spelling or grammer. Arrived for a Friday checkin instead of a Saturday for the first time ever wow what a difference. We had no traffic or construction all the way from chesapeake ohio to the motel and there was nobody waiting to check in but us. Instead of stopping for lunch we decidied to drive straight thru and order pizzas for delivery after checking in and unpacking. Ordered 7 large pizzas from UCP and they were great no wonder it's one of the boards favorites and they were delivered hot enough to burn your mouth. Total 160 including tip. Today 6-23 had great weather and layed around the pool and boogie boarded with the kids if you can call them that ( 15,17,19,20,21 ) mine and my brothers. Getting ready to go to Angelos from the boards recomendation never been there so looking forward to it.See ya tommorow gonna go look at the zip line and see if it looks fun

6-24 Went to angelos last night the steaks were just as good as everyone says they are. I can honestly say the only better ones i have had have been when we were in Texas. The only dissapointing thing was the green beans I guesse i'm just an old country boy that's used to a ham bone and some bacon in my green beans actully found them unedible. 3 of the girls got the buffet and were disapointed, not in the food but the selection they only had 5 items to choose from but like you guys said you go there for the steaks. They did have the early bird special until six so the buffet was only $10.95. we shared 2 desserts and loved them.
The magician was working and had us all laughing and clapping so loud they actually came around and asked us to quiet down which we didn't heck were on vacation were gonna have a good time. so 3 buffets 2 alfredo meals and 4 steaks were $220 including tip which they figured in 18 %. Getting ready to go to Sticky fingers another board favorite and then zip lining later. Had great weather again today and actually went and bought one of those old canvas rafts everyone used to have because i couldnt get the hang of the boogie boards they were all using. I will pay for that tommorow morning as i road the waves all day with the kids and forgot how taxing that is on you but i had a blast. Patrice i will put food and activitie reports where they go when we get back home.

I thought about going to Angelo's in the next few days until I saw that you paid $220 for 9 meals. I now remember why I started making other choices. Great steaks though.

I paid $110 including tax and tip tonight for 6 adult meals, 2 kids meals, 2 appetizers for $21 bucks, 1 margarita for the wife and 5 fountain drinks at Big Daddy's Too. Didn't hurt that I had a $50 coupon from restaurant.com  . It's expensive to eat down here. I guess $200 is about the norm at most places in MB. Big Daddy's would have been $200 without any discounts if we ordered 9 adult meals. Almost every entree outside of sandwiches $15 - $25.

we like to eat during. Happy hour when none of those coupons. Are any good just trying to post what we are paying and if its any good paid 35 a person to zip line twice and free fall at the 9 th avenue north zip line. They loved it. Doing the free fall is a different experience as you step off. Of a ledge and drop straight down to the ground its hard to make yourself step off the edge

Want to the pirate voyage show last night and everybody loved it. They give you way to much food to eat
Its so much that even the teenagers couldn't eat it all
Went to harrys pancake house for breakfast it is as good as advertised. Weather today is cool and windy
The girls all went shopping since its cool out. Got bad news from the wife via text she says everyone is having sales
I bet my beach budget. Is shot. Oh well everyone is having a good time. Heading to Broadway to eat and then to crocodile rocks

Went to Tilted Kilt last night food and service were good but we probrably wont be going back as atmosphere wasnt near as good as last year and to many other places to try. We did have a blast at Crocadile Rocks though it was very enjoyable. I would like to go on a weekend night since tuesday night was that good. The Kids went on a bananna boat ride this morning at express watersports they had a ball. They said it lasted about 35 minutes and it was $25 a person. I dont know where dinner is at tonight as they havent decided yet then off to the cirque du soleil show later tonight. Weather was great today but man the waves were strong.

We did the bannana boat ride last year at Express Watersports and I have to admit it was much more fun than I expected it to be. We laughed the whole time we were on it.

The circ de s show was as good as always and the 2 people that had never seen the show really enjoyed it . Went to the Hard Rock cafe for dinner food was good and we got seated really quick for a party of nine 30 minute wait at 6 pm when coupons are not any good. Great weather today hot like you want it at the beach. Saw the shark warning sighns at the lifeguard stations up at 56 north at Dunes village. they actually ran people out of the water for about 30 minutes .Going to Dicks Last Resort tonight. You either hate.it there or love it we always have a ball there. Thinking about staying 3 extra days since the weather is going to be so hot this weekend in Ohio.
