Myrtle's Market

There are many others scattered along the various roads. Those I'm familiar with are located:
...across the side street from Kroger in Garden City
...not far South of the Myrtle Beach State Park, 17 Bus., on right before you get to 544.
Most of them are not advertised, and the business is seasonal. Hopefully someone will know of other locations.

I'm not personally familiar with where you can purchase buffalo meat. Hopefully others can give suggestions.
You might contact the numbers below as they may be able to give you suggestions.

Beach Meat Packing Co
1018 8th Ave N, Myrtle Beach, SC
(843) 448-7584

Fresh Market
11405 Ocean Hwy # A, Pawleys Island, SC
(843) 235-3467

Depending upon where you are staying, you do not need to travel very far to get fresh and local produce and veg's, there are many stands on the way into the beach and once you get here, you will save money by stopping at the stands on the way into the beach. I always get me sweet potato on 501 between Conway and Anyor, (that's reversed as I am at the beach) as I can buy a large brown bag filled for $5, most folks like to get the bigger the better, me I'll take them smaller as they are much better tasting.

I think if you call a butcher shop, they would be able to order it for you, I use J&J Butcher in Garden City but if your staying in NMB you don;t want to make that trip, Google a butcher shop in the area you are staying, mind you, there are not many along the coast, again though on thew way in, Conway and Anyor do and you could pick up on the way in.

I think WholeFoods sells bison, most grocery stores do anymore. I found this restaurant serves a bison burger...

Never been, so can't give a recommendation on it. I think Fuddruckers sells a bison burger as well.

This place will ship -- I know people who've ordered and apparently they have a deal to SC...go figure.

We had just planted the garden the week before we left for MB last time (we were 2 weeks late.) We spent a week at the beach, our corn probably wasn't sprouted yet. As soon as we got out of town farmer's stands were all over the place. My wife said, stop here, stop there, stop over there. I had to call it quits because I couldn't see out the back window, LOL.

I think we bought tomatoes, corn, plums, and peaches at every stop. We were packed to the roof with veggies and fruit. Got home and enjoyed hamburgers with fresh thick slices of tomatoes and corn while we looked at our inch high just sprouted corn stalks.

There were farm stands every few hundred feet on the way out of Myrtle Beach.
