Hi, wondering if you guys could help me out...we've got a group of guys in the mid-30s wondering what to do after a long day of golf, beach and sun? Love a place with live music, good crowd (of around the same age if possible) and some beverages! Also if you can suggest some restaurant options...like a sports-bar type of place with good atmosphere.

Thanks, K

Hi, Keith. Thanks for joining our forum, and I hope you'll have a wonderful vacation!

Here are some to get you started. Hopefully you'll hear from others about their favorites.

Broadway at the Beach nightlife spots (they are all very close together, but a nice variety)

Oscars is a great sports bar and Ocean Annies is where we do our partying.

Ditto the Fat Harold's recommendation! I'm 36 and have been going the past couple years for the free shag lessons! Lots of fun people, of all ages!

Keith, the Myrtle Beach area is 60 miles of coast line, so depending upon where your staying that's how I would base my suggestions, I don't want to suggest a place your driving 30 miles to get to :)

I'm usually passed out early at the beach after long days of laying in the sun drinking PBR. I'd like to start going out more though. The friend I brought with me the last few years has a very low budget income and dind't like to spend "unncessary money" while at the beach.
