Hi! If someone could please help it. It's on the left side, all the way near the end of the pier. Myrtle Beach PD said it's too dark and water is too rough for them to help it tonight. It's been swimming near the surface of the water for a while. I just don't want it to get hella tired and drown. May be a long shot, but thought I'd post here to see if anyone can help.
