We flew out of Charleston yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon. Our flight left at 2:05 and it was overcast but there was no rain. When we got home last night the local TV stations were talking about the deluge of rain Charleston had received. 4" of rain, flash floods, etc. We must have gotten out of town in the nick of time. Did Myrtle Beach get any of that?

Sorry for not replying sooner. We did not get the storms that Charleston did, but I talked to a friend who goes back and forth to Charleston on a regular basis and reported getting caught in a severe rainstorm last Tuesday. Glad you missed it!
