Hey y'all! I'm sorry I haven't posted lately things have just been crazy lately with my mom being sick, the baby on the way. Any who I thought I would start a thread about being pregnant and being at the beach. What are some tips?

If your ready to give birth in the next few months, that means your big and have a lot of extra fluid, get out on the beach early so you can enjoy it, because as it gets warmer, you will get crankier :) Now what to do in the afternoon, there are matinee
shows/plays, museum's in MB, Conway, NMB and Georgetown to visit.

There's antique hunting, the indoor mall/s, no Tanger or Broadway/Barefoot during the day, too hot, that's why you left the beach :)

Good energy and thoughts out for your mom

Gary

As a very recently pregnant person, i'd suggest drinking LOTS of water. The heat made my swelling HORRIBLE.

That's the only thing I can think of, but yeah. lots of water!

I went to Myrtle when I was 5 months pregnant, and we took our 1 year old with us. It was crazy to say the least. I didn't have any issues. Make sure you have a bathing suit that you are comfortable in and that fits well. Other than that, just listen to your body. We did rent chairs from the lifeguards that year, made it really nice to have some shade on the beach. Have fun and enjoy your last trip before baby comes!!!
