Lincoln Park is fairly new to our area.
http://www.lpgmyrtlebeach.com/

Yes it's a sports bar that turns out to also be a restaurant serving very good food ay reasonable prices. Our friends Gary and Gail visited shortly after the grand opening and had good comments about it. Tonight we met them there, and I have to say we really enjoyed the experience.

Our waiter was Lucas, a transplant from PA and native of WVA. He was attentive and fun to talk with. I ordered the Turkey Wrap (7.99) Wally had special pizza of the day (9.00) As you can see in the photo this was a pretty big pizza!) Gail ordered the Nachos Supreme (8.00 and also huge) and Gary enjoyed the Wild Wings (8.)

Happy Hour is 4 PM - 7 PM, Mon. - Fri. House wines are $3. and PBR, Bud $ Bud Light are $2.

We'll go back!

Great to see a new place open with great food, reasonable prices and good-sized portions. That pizza looks like quite the deal for 9.00, hope Wally enjoyed it !

"Lincoln Park" - Wonder if the owner is from Chicago ? Might be a play on the Lincoln Park Pirates towing scandal from many years back  (Scandal with Chicago politicians ? Who woulda thunk it)

Half of the pizza came home with us and jumped right into the freezer! Wally was expecting a much smaller pie! I ordered the Turkey Wrap and half of it came home too...big and delicious!

It's a chain and this is probably (?) a franchise. (not sure)

My wife and have had dinner there a few times as it is just up the road from us. I had the flounder special last time and had 3 big pieces, had to take one home. Madeline had the Jambalaya and took half of it home, it was very good but way more than she could eat. Prices are reasonable and service is very good. Times I have been there the owner came to the table and talked with us.
Waitress told us he owns a Lincoln Park in New York and decided to open this one. Those are the only two.
Quite a few big screen TV's with real nice pictures. A friend of mine said it is a good place for watching football games on Sunday.

I may have to try this next summer. Always good to see a place that doesn't try to rip off people in a tourist area. If Cheddars can make it on their prices then other places can too. I try to avoid the places in MB that charge crazy prices.
