Visited P.F. Chang's for the first time yesterday and have to say we were a little disappointed (sorry Leo). They were out of one entree we ordered (how can they be out of a chicken entree???) and brought the wrong entree as a substitute. We did not comment right away and the server was kinda' cavalier about the mistake (oh well...at least you got to try another dish...) Needless to say, all had to wait while proper dish was prepared. Place was not crowded, did not have reservations and walked right in.

This may be a case were we heard so many glowing reviews that we expected something more than anyone could deliver. Anyhow, we give it 3 out of 5 and will hit the other restaurants at MC before returning. Won't rule it out altogether, just found it average.

We we to PF Chang's and had a very good meal.

We ordered the steamed pork dumplings, Asian slaw, kung pao chicken, orange peel beef. All very, very good. We were too full for dessert.

Service was excellent - we will definitely return on our next trip.

Ate there in July. We sat at the bar which may have accounted for some our problems. We didn't drink a lot, but it seemed, as we didn't request frequent refills of our drink, the attention waned. Our server/bartender pretty much ignored us as we tried to order our mains. Besides that, the food was definitely not extraordinary. Maybe it's because we're used to authentic, traditional Chinese food, but we were glad that we had a gift certificate. Not meant to sound snobbish, but I could have prepared something similar.
