This is a little more than you were wanting more near $20 ish, but Flamingo Grill had great steaks when we were there. We had a great meal there. Sorry, Kirk, Prime rib isn't technically steak...it's roast beef - Standing rib roast, prime rib roast. Worked in a fine dining restaurant where they were known for their prime rib and every once in a while I'd have somebody come in and ask for a cut of prime to be flamed (tossed on grill for a minute for the sear) How could he do that to that poor innocent piece of roast beef??? LOL However, I will say, it is tasty!

Good stuff to know - thanks ! Flame-seared prime rib does sound pretty tasty, if you can still keep it medium-rare !!!!

Yes. When my patrons asked how to get RARE prime, I'd say arrive early. Prime is put in the oven in the am and slow roasted throughout the day. At the end of the evening, it will all be medium or more. To get rare, they need to slice it in the middle. So, order rare and have it seared. That's the key! When I was asked how to get well (perish the thought) I'd say arrive later or ask to see if there was still an end cut available. FYI.
