Yes. When my patrons asked how to get RARE prime, I'd say arrive early. Prime is put in the oven in the am and slow roasted throughout the day. At the end of the evening, it will all be medium or more. To get rare, they need to slice it in the middle. So, order rare and have it seared. That's the key! When I was asked how to get well (perish the thought) I'd say arrive later or ask to see if there was still an end cut available. FYI.
