My husband Corey and I love steak and we both agree that Angelo's is the best... We have ALWAYS had very juicy cooked to perfection steaks with the best taste. We also love the garlic bleucheese butter. Angelo's is a must for us each time we go on the first night to start out our vacation right. Oh how I would do almost anything for one now... NEXT YEAR! :hello:

We love Angelo's also. We have only discovered it in the last few years. You can argue that the steaks are better at some place like Ruths Chris, but for the price you pay at Angelo's by comparison I'll go to Angelo's. It has become one of our must gos on each trip to the beach.

Is this a good place for a steak? We are looking for a reasonably priced steak house.

We were there recently - first time at their new location (they moved to the current location a few months ago) - even better than before.

If you haven't already viewed it, try this thread:

It all depends on what your definition of a reasonably priced steak house is. Steaks are great, but outside of early bird specials (which do not come out on a sizzling platter), they are not cheap. I guess you could find places that are higher, but I personally wouldn't consider Angleo's to be anywhere in the bargain price category.

We had dinner there this past Thursday to celebrate our anniversary. They had a live Jazz group (duo) performing in the bar area, they were very good too. The bar is now u-shaped with plenty of seating. Along one side of the bar they have booths and on the other side are long tables with bar stools. They have a large dining room and I stumbled onto another dining room in the back that was not open (not needed this early in the season I am guessing). I agree with Mike L., the steaks are better than ever, I had the 14 oz Ribeye and I believe it was around $24.

Putting this under Steaks (I know they are italian, but their slogan is "the best steaks in the universe" and we agree!)

I have a 10oz Ribeye, husband had a 14oz Ribeye and Nolan got free spaghetti from the buffet (he is 3 years old). We also got a side of the garlic blue cheese butter – the best! The steaks were amazing (mine was cooked perfectly!) and the service we decent. We always go to Angelo’s for our first dinner on vacation. Nolan loved the spaghetti!

We love Angelo’s so much that we decided to go back for a 2nd time on our trip (first time we have done that). We went back on our last night there. Service was even better this time actually. I upgraded to a 14 oz Ribeye, Corey had the same and Nolan had free pizza from the buffet this time (good quality). We both decided the food was better the first night, but still the best steaks around! Will ALWAYS go back to Angelo’s!

We went to Angelo's last night. We hadn't been in two or three years and the wife wanted to go back. The wife and I both had chicken parmigiana $8.50 on the early bird menu. The kids had the Italian buffet. The chicken parmigiana was good, but I kind of regret not getting the early bird sirloin. I really like their steaks and would recommend them more for their steaks than their Italian entrees. Have to say the food was still good though.

We have always gotten the steaks, but tried a bite or two from Nolan's plate and it was decent. I have heard people say they tried the buffet or other entrees and went back to getting steaks - I think that's their claim to fame
