We tried Milardos on July 26th, it is in the former Cooter's location. Upon entry, we found not much has changed in the inside. It still resembles a family style type place. We were sat immediatly, crowd is rather thin. I was made aware that Milardo's has only be open for a few weeks. The waitress we had did an ok job, I am not sure if was still trying to get her timing down, but it was acceptable. We ordered a large pepperoni and sausage, it arrived about 15 minutes later, very hot. I noticed during our wait that you can sit right in the kitchen, a bar surrounds the entire area. The crust is a New York style, that was crispy when the pizza arrived. However, the crust did get soggy and tough as the dinner progressed. Flavor was good, not the best I have had, but good. I did notice that the owner was waiting tables a lot, not sure if it was staffing or customer service, but it was kind of nice to see. Our cost with tip was less than $30.00. I will give it a solid B.
