We walked past this Cafe on the way to the parking after leaving the movie theater in Market Commons (it is next door, right after Stone Cold Creamery). Stopped and read the Menu posted outside, looked interesting, plus the place was crowded. Although the menu is mainly crepes they also have some paninis. We decided to come back and try it. Turned out to be a good idea!

My wife and I returned two days later. It is a small place, guessing maybe 15 tables. You can sit at your table and watch them make the crepes. I ordered the Western Morning Crepe (crepe with egg, ham bacon and cheese) and my wife had the Chicken Salad Crepe (Chicken Salad, Green Grapes, and Romaine Lettuce). Crepes were excellent ! Portions were a good size. Waitress was friendly and kept checking in on us. The bill for the two crepes and two coffees came to $19.

We will be going back, as I was waiting for our crepes I looked around at the other tables and saw quite a few crepes I would like to try and the dessert crepe menu looks delicious! (they do have gluten free)

I posted this under Breakfast/Lunch because it seemed like that type of menu, but they are open for dinner and beyond with same menu.

You can find the website here: http://www.crepecreation.com

This restaurant is a good success story for The Market Common. They used to be in one of the small shops on Howard Ave. (across the street from King Street Grill.) After a couple years, they took the plunge to become one of the "big stores" in The Market Common. They chose the location next to the movie theater, painted their building blue, and have become a big success. As Bruce mentioned, they offer enough crepe variety to keep customers returning.

I have been at least 5 or 6 times, but not for breakfast. I always order off the dessert menu no matter what time I get there. I figure if I am going to consumer THAT many calories, it should be something I know I'll love. I have enjoyeed Banana Foster, Apple Turnover and Chocolate Dream. I even have pictures on my iPhone that I show people with the same delight as I show pictures of the grandson.

Parrish, you know that calories DO NOT count on vacation  I was thinking of stopping here for breakfast on our way to Pawley's Island. That is unless you would recommend Pawley's Island Bakery more? We love breakfast and are always looking for new places.

I have not personally been to Pawley's Island Bakery. But they were winners in Best of the Beach.

Wherever you decide to go, I would love to see you while you're here, and I hope we can work that out.

I love when the husband stops at Pawleys Island bakery on his way home after shift and brings me the awesome ham, egg, and cheese on a crossiant. It is delicious. That said I don't consider it a lets go to breakfast place. They do have a few tables but I consider it a to go.
