Enjoy! Can't go wrong with Ruth's. Can't wait to hear about Waterscapes breakfast.

The problem with MB, is there are way too many choices  ! So far, I figure we'll have to eat 12 times a day just to get in the must have restaurants :ohnoes:

Agree you can't go wrong with Ruths Chris - service is exceptional at every location I have tried... and I believe the Myrtle Beach location is on the waterway, should have great views (perhaps you can eat outside).

Many people don't know Ruths Chris has a happy hour with a very limited/scaled-down menu, but the prices are good and gives you a chance to try the ambiance.

Happy Anniversary Ron ! 42 years.... wow !

Kirk, 42 years for my wife was really easy, since I'm such a wonderful guy  :angel7: !! Thanks everyone for the great suggestions! Miriam, the Brentwood looks amazing! We picked Ruth's mainly because of the location! It's nice not to have to travel 35-40 miles to eat at a nice restaurant! We really are isolated up here on the Canadian border, very few place to eat except fast food!! Who knows, we might dine @ one of the other nice restaurants that were suggested if the opportunity arises! We usually only eat breakfast(my wife's favorite meal dining out) and dinner when on vacation unless we have our grandson Eddie with us, who never stops eating :dontknow: ! I hope he doesn't inherit my genetics :ac17[1]:

I don't think you can ever go wrong with the Gulfstream Cafe on S. Waccamaw at the Marlin Quay Marina. We go every year for our birthday celebration and they never have disappointed us in over 10 years. Best sunset on the strand and the staff is always exceptional.

Frank's on Pawleys Island. Excellent. They have a special on wine one day a week. I forget which day.we us up call and ask. I think it was called 20 under $20. Not cheap. We go for anniversary or birthday.

Also Brentwood in Little River. Takes us about 50 min from Murrells Inlet but it is so worth it.

Miriam, this year we plan on going to the Flamingo Grill. Haven't been there in a couple years, and that's where Phyllis wants to eat for our 43 anniversary! And she's the boss!!

42 years has been easy because you have a wonderful wife. Phyllis is a saint. :beerchug: And I can't wait to see you both!
