has anyone been to fibbers? This article mentions them, and I've read about them before. It sounds so neat to sit waterfront and see dolphins, boats, etc. I would love to hear from someone who's actually been there. I'm thinking about putting them on my list of restaurants for May 2012.
Here is the link where I read about them.

I was wondering if someone had actually been there.

Yeah I know, but I went looking to see what the place was like that you were talking about. Found the website and thought I would just post it. Make it easier for everyone.

I'm putting it on my list to check out next time. Sounds really neat and the menu looks good.

It's always good to have the website linked, especially if you can view prices. Thanks for posting it!

Although we did not eat at Fibbers, we were up that way today and I took some pictures for you.
We had not visited the waterfront in Little River for a several years, and I was amazed at how much it has
deteriorated. The words that come to mind are seedy and unsavory. I'm sorry, and I don't mean to offend
those of you who are fans of this area. Maybe it's just the time of year, but in my mind I kept comparing it
to the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk area. There is no comparison. For instance, you would never see this scene in Murrells Inlet::

The waterfront restaurants all looked tired, worn out, and in need of major repairs. Here's Capt. Juel's.
See what I mean?

Here is Fibbers:

Yes the area most definately can use some improvements! Including the establishments. But it is a nice relaxing area, especially in the less crowded off season. I think the area is hurt cosmetically by the fact that several casino cruises leave from here. Try some of the places and judge for yourself.

As armoadam pointed out, I can't judge a restaurant if I don't eat there. So I'm looking forward to reviews on any of the restaurants.
