Great sec/third row house...very short walk to beach...access at the end of the street. It has 4 bedrooms...each with their own bath...each bedroom has its own TV... three bedrooms up one down...Master bedroom is huge with deck(it is upstairs)...There is a half bath on main floor...front porch and small deck off the back hall looks over the pool...back and front entrances to the house. open kitchen, living, dining areas...washer and dryer upstairs...the house is clean and well maintained but it is not brand new...it is a regular, lived in type house...it does not have stuff like granite counter tops, stainless appliances and the like but it is clean and comfortable...we love it...and the price fits our budget...we had three vehicles and plenty of room to park...there are also working lights under the house.

there is WIFI...and cable TV for all the TVs.

Joann, that is the way we feel about Wells on 7th. The house we have rented through Old Colony Realty for the last 5 years. It is comfortable large and clean. No granite, stainless steel, etc. but wait, I do not have those at home either! I love the location as it is just a few houses from Cafe Mocha I think. I did not know they showed movies at the park in the summer. I really like the area as it seems more like a neighborhood than a lot of places. If I win the lottery I would consider Surfside my dream location. Glad to hear you had such a relaxing fun time. My turn next. I cannot wait until October. Wish we could stay for the whole month without a few trips back and forth but I will do anything to just be at the beach.
Judy

Thanks. Judy! We do not have granite, etc...at our home either. Our house was originally an old log house(not the pretty logs either). It is my husband's homeplace so it is full of memories and uh...I guess charm. We have spent the past 30 years remodeling...it actually looks nice on the outside...but is dated on the inside...slow process...but always something to do! I have replaced all my appliances over the past 5 years...but still need to do many things...but that is why I like staying in vacation places that are comfy and clean...

I think this is the 1st year for the movies in the park...there was a good crowd there for the movie "Hotel for Dogs" they even had a concession stand there...they must have a great system for clean up because the next morning you never would have known they had a movie there...

I can not say enough good things about Old Colony Realty. They are so wonderful to work with...love them all and the service they provide!

So if I win the lottery too Judy maybe we can be neighbors! I know you will enjoy your October trip...even with the back and forth trips...you are right...it is worth it to be at the beach...and Surfside in particular!
