Has anyone taken this tour? Looks nice and I love that it doesn't go into the ocean...lol

I have not taken Dales tour but I will tell you how to save a few dollars, look in the Monster Coupon Book there is a $3 off coupon, you will need one for each person according to the fine print.

A nice small intimate tour along the Waccamaw is run by Capt Jim out of Conway, all narrated tours, even wine & cheese tours

We took the boat cruise a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it.

We LOVED this tour! And we will definitely go again! :hello:

Captain Joseph and staff did an excellent job of making us feel welcome & safe! The tour boat was spacious and comfortable. The "tour" was incredible! Such lovely scenery that we would never have had the chance to see otherwise! Our tour guide was very well informed and gave us great info on each of the several plantations that we rode by (you do not get out and explore them on this trip) as well as any wildlife we encountered, as did Captain Joseph. This was one of the highlights of our recent trip to Myrtle Beach!!! :wav:

Gary, we used one $3.00 off coupon that we printed from their website and they took $6.00 off from the total (2 people). Maybe it was the fact that it was their own coupon from their website that caused them to give us the $6.00 off. I dunno. :dontknow: Our total was $54.00 for 2 and it was worth every penny

Hi Karen, to help others you may want to put a link here for the coupon on their website, as I just looked and can't find it :)

I'm confused because I don't know if Christine and Karen are referring to the cruise mentioned by Emmy or the one posted by Gary.

But just to throw in more confusion, I've heard excellent reviews about this one:

I think Karen is talking about the same one, as the price she quoted is correct for Plantation River Tours which is at Wacca Wachee Marina, by Hanna Banana's Sunshine Cabana :)

What I think is a great value, I know some may think it expensive but it's not, is Wallace Sailing Charter out of G-town, you and up to 5 others on board a 40' yacht, bring your cocktails and enjoy, it is only $125 an hour for the group, heck a jetski costs $100 and more for an hour, that's $20 an hour per person go out for a couple, 3 or 4 hours and that is one of the best values available, and if you ask me offline I'll tell you how to get a free hour.
