We are staying at SeaGlass Tower this year. Found a great deal couldn't pass it up. Was wondering what all is close by the hotel? Some things to do near by. I heard there was a pier near it but not sure which one. Also how close is it to the boardwalk? Would like to know any other info about the hotel, anything anyone has to share would be great. Thank You!

Haven't stayed there, but at 1400 N Ocean Blvd, you will be in the thick of it. 14th Ave Pier will be your backyard as well as the beginning of the Boardwalk.

Many restaurants within easy walking distance, just a short drive to Broadway at the Beach. Unfortunately this also means lots of crowds, but... you are at the beach !

Enjoy !

Looks like SeaGlass Tower might have been part of the Yachtsman. Anybody know for sure?

The SeaGlass Tower was originally called the Yachtsman Hotel built in the mid 70's. In 2005 Bluegreen bought it and turned it into the SeaGlass Tower Resort officially opening May 2nd, 2007. With the growing popularity of the area throughout the years, the space for parking was getting slim as well as the ammenities (SeaGlass only having one pool). To accommodate our guests and owners from both resorts, the two establishments decided to share pools, hot tubs and parking.

Jack, that is NOT, I will admit, something I just pulled off the top of my head. I had to google for it! :clown: Here's the link which contains a lot of other interesting information.
