My son and nephew went to Ripley's aquarium to swim with the stingrays.I was expecting them to get about 10 minutes in the water with the stingrays but they were actually in the water for about 50 minutes. They said this was the funnest thing they did.The cost for swimming and snorkeling with the rays was $140 but it included admission to the aquarium,T-shirt,Back pack and a DVD full of pictures they take while there in the water. They also get a behind the scenes tour of the aquarium. the total time takes about 2 hours for this.I would recommend making reservations for this if you plan to do this they only take 6 to 10 people at a time and several people were asking about doing this and they were told they were booked up for the next 2 weeks.

That's just amazing. I had no idea you could do that, so after reading your post I went to Ripley's website to learn more. http://myrtlebeach.ripleyaquariums.com/education/swim-with-stingrays/

As you said, it's about $75 per person for the basic package, and up to $150 for SCUBA diving. Sounds incredible.

Thanks so much for writing a review of the Swim with Stingrays. I've heard good things about this!
