Hope we'll hear from someone who has participated in both these adventures. The Zipline looks pretty tame as it crosses over Lake Broadway. You might want to watch it before you decide, but please write a review for us if you do it!

From Broadway at the Beach's web site:
The WonderWorks zipline will take participants soaring 50 feet above water on a course that travels 1,000 feet between towers. Featuring a constant tension system, the dual-line course ensures participants a smooth “zip” with intense fun. The pirate-themed ropes course stands a staggering 40 feet tall and spans three levels. Participants must navigate 33 different challenge elements which are designed with more than 3,000 ropes and cables. The course becomes progressively more difficult offering participants the chance to compete as a family.

Here are some pictures from last year:

My son and nephew didn't try it they said it looked boring. They are also used to going to 2 of the best roller coaster places in the US Cedar Point and Kings Island in OHIO.So there opinion may be biased.

I have zipplined in Belieze from platform to platform through the forest, there were maybe 8 platforms and that was thrilling, this looks like you almost have to pump your legs to get moving, it's pretty tame and slow.

While we were eating at Liberty Steakhouse last week we were watching the zipline. Numerous times the smaller kids would get almost halfway across and then they would get stuck. Someone would have to go out and pull them the rest of the way across. I really don't think I would like just hanging out over the water like that and of course I am not a 10 year old either...

My Georgia wanted to go, but she was too little. Age and weight requirements if I recall correctly. I wondered about the getting stuck part!

I would think that many younger kids would find that scary.
