Anybody know what will be going in on 544 across from Walmart?
Going South on 17Bypass, I can see a huge area being cleared.

Have not heard of any contracts signed as yet, that is Jackson Companies land and they are building another center. They own Ocean Lakes campground, built Prestwick and much more.

Who knows what is the truth....the article says no deals but I know at least two different businesses that have done bids for a proposed Tanger...
