Staying on Shore Drive we always start and end our trips at Bimini's. Their seafood is hard to beat. Just wish I was able to schedule a visit for this year. Sadly, I haven't been able to fit it in the plan for 2019 either. I haven't been away for more than two years in a row since the mid-80's.

My parents and I used to eat at Logan’s our first night we were at the beach. We went there for many years until we saw multiple roaches crawling on the walls! There's nothing that makes you lose your appetite faster than that! Also, the quality of food had gone down hill in the past few years we went there.

Now we go to Mellow Mushroom.

Multiple roaches crawling around during the daytime usually means major investation. That's just nasty.

The past 7 yrs it’s always been Bojangles because there was like 9 of us but now that daughter is divorced and the kids were her step it’s just me, hubby and our two daughters. Last year we went to crabby mikes for the first time and we liked it but we were starving lol not sure where this year. We also are changing things around. Sunday mornings we usually eat at sea captains but was disappointed last year. Any suggestions on some new good places would be greatly appreciated!!

We've always done River City. Nice and laid back. Several locations. I will be doing it again next year when I get there! Nothing says "You've arrived" like being at River City!

We have still not made definite plans for arrival yet. Was thinking about Bubba's Fish Shack but a menu someone posted online had a lot better prices than the menu on their website. Must of been an old menu, because every item was $2 or more higher on the Bubba's website.

Does anyone know if they have a lunch menu? We really don't feel like eating a huge meal after spending 7+ hours in the car and don't want to spend the money we do on our big evening meals.

MBKY .. we have 61 days till we’re there and we’ve been talking about where we want to eat the first night. We’ve actually been planning our dinner meals for the week lol .. From Pike county it takes us 7-8 hrs and we don’t want anything really heavy either.
