January 21, 2020, Murrells Inlet, S.C. — Burroughs & Chapin announces two new additions to the Shoppes at Tournament Boulevard.
Eggs Up Grill and Quigley’s Pint & Plate recently opened at the Shoppes at Tournament Boulevard, located at the intersection of the newly widened S.C. 707 and Tournament Boulevard in Murrells Inlet, S.C.

This is the second location for Quigley’s Pint & Plate, which features Low Country-inspired comfort foods with house-made ales and lagers in an English pub atmosphere.
Eggs Up Grill began in 1997 in Pawley’s Island, and has evolved from an all-day- breakfast concept to serving breakfast, brunch and lunch at its more than 35 locations throughout the southeast.

The Shoppes at Tournament Boulevard offers convenience and service that caters to the needs of the surrounding neighborhoods of Prince Creek, Blackmoor, International Club and Parmalee. With the recent addition of Quigley’s Pint & Plate and Eggs Up Grill, the Shoppes at Tournament Boulevard features a great mix of dining, grocery and service offerings.

Anchored by Lowes Foods and CVS Pharmacy, the shopping center now includes five terrific dining options that span breakfast through dinner. Lucky Panda, Pizza Hut, Shiki Sushi and the recently opened Eggs Up Grill and Quigley’s Pint & Plate are located within the Shoppes at Tournament Boulevard.

About Eggs Up Grill

Eggs Up Grill is home to the whole neighborhood, serving smiles from sunup through lunch. The aromas of freshly brewed coffee, savory bacon and hand- cracked, farm-fresh eggs on the griddle and warm, attentive team members will make you feel right at home. We are “neighbors serving neighbors” daily from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Originally founded in Pawleys Island, S.C., in 1997 by restaurateur Chris Skodras, Eggs Up Grill has grown to more than 35 locations across the Southeast and is headquartered in Spartanburg, S.C. With strong AUVs and consistent comp sales momentum, it’s no wonder existing franchisees are reinvesting in the brand, accounting for half of its projected 40 percent growth in 2019. In 2018, private equity firm WJ Partners acquired Eggs Up Grill, building the team and priming the brand to rapidly grow in more communities across the U.S. with plans underway to reach the 100-location mark by 2022.
